  Science: Meaning, Importance, Development and Consequences  When we talk about science, the first thing that comes to the definition of science is how to express science in words.  So a simple definition of this which we have been giving since long ago is as follows: "Detailed systematic and reasoned study of any subject is called science".    But in the true sense, it is impossible for us to understand science only.  Science is a very broad term.  It is not difficult to understand this so easily, unless we combine science with our daily life.  First of all, I would like to mention one more thing that till the middle of 20th century, mainly 3 branches of science were in vogue i.e. science was divided into 3 parts.  Physics  chemistry  biology  But currently there are innumerable branches of science because it is not so easy to understand science.  As we continue to study it, we find out the prevalence of it.  Today,...

विज्ञान  वह व्यवस्थित ज्ञान या विद्या है जो विचार, अवलोकन, अध्ययन और प्रयोग से मिलती है, जो किसी अध्ययन के विषय की प्रकृति या सिद्धान्तों को जानने के लिये किये जाते हैं। विज्ञान शब्द का प्रयोग ज्ञान की ऐसी शाखा के लिये भी करते हैं, जो तथ्य, सिद्धान्त और तरीकों को प्रयोग और परिकल्पना से स्थापित और व्यवस्थित करती है। इस प्रकार हम कह सकते हैं कि प्रकृति के क्रमबद्ध एवं सुव्यवस्थित  ज्ञान  को विज्ञान कहते है। ऐसा कहा जाता है कि विज्ञान के 'ज्ञान-भण्डार' के बजाय  वैज्ञानिक विधि  विज्ञान की असली कसौटी है। या प्रकृति में उपस्थित वस्तुओं के क्रमबध्द अध्ययन से ज्ञान प्राप्त करने को ही विज्ञान कहते हैं। या किसी भी वस्तु के बारे में विस्तृत ज्ञान को ही विज्ञान कहते हैंं। किसी भी वस्तु के बारे में जानकारी ग्रहण करना और जानकारी को सही तरीकों से लागू करना एवं किसी भी वस्तु का सही अवलोकन करना एवं उसका विश्लेषण करना ही विज्ञान है प्रयोगों द्वारा सिद्ध क्रमबद्ध ज्ञान को भी विज्ञान कहते है प्राकृतिक विज्ञान  प्रकृति और भौतिक दुनिया का व्यवस्थित ज्ञान होता है, या फ़िर इसका अध...
