विद्यालयी शिक्षा और प्रशिक्षण

विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों के होने वाले प्रशिक्षण से तो आप भली भांति परिचित हैं ही। आज हम इसी प्रशिक्षण पर थोड़ी चर्चा कर लेते हैं, इसके साथ ही गतवर्ष तक हुए प्रशिक्षण की भी थोड़ी समीक्षा कर लेते हैं।

यूं तो सरकारी विद्यालयों में हर वर्ष प्रत्येक विषय के शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता रहा है। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य शिक्षक की शिक्षण विधा को निखारने से होता है। शिक्षण को रुचिकर बनाने के उपाय सिखाये जाना ये भी इस प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य रहा है। शिक्षण को दैनिक जीवन से जोड़कर उसे लाभप्रद बनाने हेतु ये प्रशिक्षण किया जाता है। परंतु क्या आपको लगता है कि इन प्रशिक्षणों में ये सब सिखाया जाता था। 

नहीं, ये सिर्फ कागजों में ही होता रहा है।

मैने भी कुछ प्रशिक्षण किये उनका अनुभव यहां बताने जा रहा हूँ।

शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण में सर्वप्रथम तो कठिन स्तर की  पहचान करने को कहा जाता है, कठिन स्तर से मतलब है कि कुछ ऐसे संबोध जिन्हें हम अच्छे से समझा नहीं पाते अपने विद्यार्थियों को। संबोध को समझने हेतु हमें कोई आसान विधि नहीं सूझती है। तो कठिन स्तर की पहचान हो गयी। अब इनका क्या करना है, आपको विषय विशेषज्ञों के द्वारा ये पढ़ा दिए जाते हैं। अब विषय विशेषज्ञों द्वारा ये नहीं बताया गया कभी कि इस विषय को पढ़ाने की आसान विधि क्या है। प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के विषय विशेषज्ञ जो यही शोध करते हैं कि कैसे विषय को रुचिकर बनाया जाए, उन्होंने कभी भी अपने शोध द्वारा प्राप्त ज्ञान को साझा नहीं किया । 

वहीं देखें मास्टर ट्रेनर की जब बात आती है तो प्रत्येक जिले में DIET हैं, उनमे कई सारे उच्च ज्ञानी प्रवक्ता कार्यरत हैं, वो मास्टर ट्रेनर नहीं बनाए जाते हैं, मास्टर ट्रेनर तो हमारे ही बीच से शिक्षकों को उठाकर बना दिया जाता है। ये कैसा प्रशिक्षण है जिसमे मास्टर ट्रेनर तक इनके पास उपलब्ध नहीं रहते हैं। 

अब इन प्रशिक्षणों से किसे कितना लाभ मिला ये तो आप लोग ही बता सकते हैं। इस तरह के प्रशिक्षण तो समय और धन की बर्बादी हैं। 

कुछ लोग मेरी बातों से सहमत नहीं भी हो सकते हैं, परंतु सत्य यही है कि हम बात तो शिक्षा में ICT के प्रयोग की कर रहे हैं पर हमारे प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम बहुत खराब हालत में हैं। 

अभी किसी विषय पर ये सुझाव दे दिया जाता है कि ICT के प्रयोग से इसे समझाइए। youtube से वीडियो दिखाइए। 

ये सब ही करना है तो प्रशिक्षण की आवश्यकता क्या है । हम प्रशिक्षण भी तो youtube से ले सकते हैं। प्रशिक्षण में DIET , SCERT में जो शिक्षा पर शोध करने का कार्य मे लगे हैं उनके अनुभवों के आधार पर रुचिकर शिक्षण कैसे हो, ये बातें सिखाई जाएं। मास्टर ट्रेनर हर जिले में स्थित DIET के प्रवक्ता ही बनाये जाएं। जिससे लगे कि वास्तव में प्रशिक्षण हो रहा है। youtube से वीडियो दिखाइए ये कहने से अच्छा है कि उस तरह के वीडियो हम स्वयं कैसे बना सकते हैं इसे हमें सिखाया जाए। कंप्यूटर में एनिमेटेड वीडियो या अन्य विषयवस्तु को कैसे बनाये ये सिखाया जाना चाहिए। 

मास्टर ट्रेनर SCERT के विशेषज्ञ भी हो सकते हैं। 10 दिन के प्रशिक्षण हर जिले में हर विषय का प्रशिक्षण अलग अलग तारीख को तय किया जाए, और SCERT के विशेषज्ञ स्वयम ही प्रत्येक जिले में जाकर प्रशिक्षण दें । तो इससे कुछ लाभ होगा। SCERT के सदस्य जब प्रशिक्षण देने आएंगे तो विभिन्न भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों से आने वाले शिक्षकों के अनुभव उनसे साझा होंगे जिससे आने वाले वर्षों के प्रशिक्षण सभी जगह के विद्यार्थियों की मानसिक स्थिति को ध्यान में रखकर तैयार किये जायेंगे। 

अब इस वर्ष ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम शुरू किया जा रहा है, जिसमें विज्ञान का प्रशिक्षण सर्वप्रथम दिया जा रहा है। लेकिन बाध्यता यह है कि यह प्रशिक्षण केवल virtual class वाले विद्यालयों में ही दिया जाएगा। जबकि किया ये जा सकता था कि कोई एक app बनाकर , जो हर कोई मोबाइल में install करके कहीं से भी चला सकता, इस तरह से प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता तो वो ज्यादा सुविधाजनक होता। app बनाने के लिए विषेषज्ञों की टीम सरकार के पास पहले से ही है। वर्तमान प्रशिक्षण को ऑनलाइन तो किया गया परंतु केवल virtual class room से ये प्रशिक्षण शुरू करना कहीं न कहीं शिक्षकों के लिए परेशानी है, क्योकि कुछ शिक्षकों का नजदीकी केंद्र 50किमी से भी ज्यादा पड़ता है, ओर पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में तो ये दूरी अत्यधिक है और असुविधा भी है। तो इस पर भी ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है। 

बाकी प्रशिक्षण तो होते रहेंगे, पर प्रशिक्षण को रुचिकर बनाओ तो शिक्षण भी रुचिकर लगेगा। आपके कुछ सुझाव हों अगर तो comment जरूर कीजिये। 

कोरोना के बीच शुरू हुई उत्तराखंड बोर्ड की शेष परीक्षा

दिनांक 22 जून 2020 से उत्तराखंड बोर्ड की अवशेष परीक्षायें भी शुरू हुई जो 24 जून 2020 को समाप्त हो जाएंगी। इस वर्ष की बोर्ड परीक्षाएं भी थोड़ा अलग रहीं। और असमंजस के बीच आखिर शुरू भी हो गयी। दूसरी ओर मूल्यांकन का प्रथम चरण सम्पन्न हो चुका है और अब द्वितीय चरण का मूल्यांकन 28 जून 2020 से शुरू होगा।

चलिए बात करते हैं बोर्ड परीक्षा के वर्तमान माहौल की। इस बार द्वितीय चरण के इस बोर्ड परीक्षा में हमें थोड़ा परिवर्तन देखने को मिला, जैसे UP  बोर्ड के समय होता था। एक दिन में दो पालियों में पेपर। यहां भी प्रथम पाली में हाइस्कूल तथा द्वितीय पाली में इंटरमीडिएट की परीक्षाएं हो रही हैं। हाइस्कूल के प्रश्नपत्रों का समय है प्रातः 9 बजे से 12 बजे तक। परीक्षा केंद्र में 8 बजे सुबह पहुंचना है। वहीं दूसरी ओर इंटरमीडिएट की परीक्षा का समय भी परिवर्तित किया गया। इंटरमीडिएट की परीक्षा का समय अपराह्न 2 बजे से 5 बजे तक रखा गया है। परीक्षार्थियों के पहुंचने का समय है 1 बजे अपराह्न।

तो ये तो बात हुई समय सारिणी की। अब बैठक व्यवस्था भी परिवर्तित कर दी गयी है। बैठक व्यवस्था में प्रत्येक परीक्षार्थी को सामाजिक दूरी का पालन करवाते हुए कक्ष में बैठना है। अर्थात पहले जिस कक्ष में अगर 20 परीक्षार्थी थे तो अब वर्तमान में उस कक्ष में 10 परीक्षार्थी बैठकर परीक्षा देंगे। सीधे सीधे कहें तो अगर किसी परीक्षा केंद्र में पहले 6 कक्षों में बच्चे बैठे थे तो अब उनके कक्षों की संख्या 12 हो गयी। तो केंद्र के लिए थोड़ी समस्या यहां पर आई कि अतिरिक्त कक्षों की व्यवस्था करने की। कुछ विद्यालय खासतौर पर हमारे दुर्गम के विद्यालय तो ऐसे भी हैं कि उनके पास छात्र संख्या तो बहुत है पर पर्याप्त कक्ष  नहीं हैं तो वहां अतिरिक्त कक्षों की व्यवस्था करने में बहुत समस्या आयी।

चलिए ये भी हो गया, अब आखिर कैसे पेपर शुरू हुआ क्या क्या हुआ? 

इस प्रश्न का उत्तर देखें तो सर्वप्रथम जब परीक्षार्थी केंद्र में पहुंच गया था तो उन्हें सामाजिक दूरी के साथ पंक्तिबद्ध करके  जरूरी जो निर्देश थे वह सुनाए गए। इसके बाद एक एक कार प्रत्येक परीक्षार्थी का तापमान थर्मल स्कैनर से लिया गया। निर्देश थे कि अगर किसी बच्चे का तापमान ज्यादा है तो उसे अलग से कक्षों में बैठाया जाए और उसकी परीक्षा अलग से ली जाए। चलिए हुआ फिर ये भी। कुछ बच्चे तो घबरा रहे थे, बच्चों के बीच भय का एक माहौल था कि कोन कब और कहां से आया होगा क्या पता। भय का एक माहौल तो कक्ष निरीक्षकों के मन में भी था। कुछ छात्र छात्राएं जो पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में थोड़ा दूर से पैदल चलकर आती हैं तो उनका तापमान सामान्य से कुछ अधिक आया। तो उनको अलग से बैठकर कुछ देर तक आराम करने दिया। फिर उनका पुनः परीक्षण किया गया तो वो सामान्य आ चुके थे। उन्हें भी उनके कक्षों में  बैठाया गया। प्रत्येक परीक्षार्थी को sanitiser से हाथ sanitise किये गए। sanitiser की व्यवस्था सरकार की ओर से की गयी। इसके पश्चात परीक्षा सम्पन्न हुई। कॉपी जमा करके संकलन केंद्र की ओर भिजवाई गयी। 

कुल मिलाकर जो परीक्षा काफी लंबे समय से रुकी हुई थी आखिर वो सम्पन्न होने जा रही है। 

इस समय में शिक्षक भी एक कोरोना योद्धा की भूमिका में हैं। बिना किसी अतिरिक्त सहायता के इस तरह से बोर्ड परीक्षा को सम्पन्न कराना भी  एक चुनौती ही है। जिसे हमारे शिक्षक साथी सफलतापूर्वक अंजाम दे रहे हैं। कोई भी हो किसी भी प्रकार की ड्यूटी हो हमारे शिक्षक उसे पूरी ईमानदारी के साथ करते हैं। चाहे वो चुनाव ड्यूटी हो , या बोर्ड परीक्षा , मूल्यांकन या फिर कोरोना । सभी प्रकार की ड्यूटी पूरी तत्परता और ईमानदारी से शिक्षक करते आये हैं पर फिर भी उन्हें वो सम्मान नही दिया जाता है जो उन्हें वास्तव में मिलना चाहिए। 

Solar eclipse and mythological beliefs

On 21 June 2020, the solar eclipse will be visible from many parts of India.  You guys must have prepared to see it.  You should never see the eclipse with naked eyes, you must know this, especially the solar eclipse should not be seen with naked eyes at all.  Because at the time of eclipse from the sun, very harmful rays come out which cause great harm to our eyes.  Let's do all these things again, first we come to an ancient story which tells how the solar eclipse takes place.  After that we will also discuss the scientific aspect.

 

 So the story begins when the sea churning took place at the time of Devasur Sangram.  At that time, the gods and the demons together churned the sea.  Every decision that came out of the sea would be made equal among the gods and demons.  The poison named Halahl also came out of this ocean churn, which started showing its wrath as soon as it came out.  Fauna, trees and plants started to get depleted by its effects.  Then everyone called Lord Shiva and Lord Shiva drank all the poison for the welfare of the world, and stopped it in his neck, so that he was called Neelkanth.

 After this, many gems were found which in turn were split by the gods and asuras.  Finally Dhanvantari brought the nectar urn.  So the demons ran after them to snatch Amrit from them.  In the same Bhagabhag, a few drops of nectar fell on the earth.  Where Mahakumbh is held every 12 years, and Ardh Kumbh is held every 6 years.  Now comes the true story of Amrit.  At the same time, Lord Vishnu took the form of Mohini to save the nectar from the demons.  All the Asuras became fascinated by the saintly form of Lord Vishnu.  And released the nectar.  Mohini took Amrit Kalash in her hands, and told the demons that she would give Amrit to everyone.  It will be divided equally between the gods and demons.  Then Lord Vishnu cleverly started drinking nectar to the gods and liqueurs to the asuras.  An asura suspected something and disguised as a deity and sat among the gods.  And as soon as he got the nectar he drank, immediately Suryadev and Chandradev recognized him and immediately said that it is the demon who drank the nectar.  At the same time Lord Vishnu cut his throat with the Sudarshan Chakra.  Because he had drank nectar, he did not die but his head and torso were alive despite being separated.  His head is called Rahu and part of the torso is called Ketu.  He told Surya Chandra that he would take revenge from them and eat them.  After that he ran after them.

 So it is said that just after that day, whenever he swallows the sun, if he swallows the solar eclipse and the moon, then the lunar eclipse takes place.  Because the part of his torso is different, after some time, the sun and the moon come out from under his neck and the eclipse ends.

 So this is about eclipsing mythological beliefs.

 Now scientists also discuss the reasons for eclipse.

 It is said about the solar eclipse that when the Moon comes between the Sun and the Earth, then a solar eclipse is formed.  A full solar eclipse takes place in the part of the Earth where the full shadow of the moon falls, and when the shadow is not complete, it is called a partial solar eclipse.  It is also special with solar eclipse that solar eclipse takes place only on the new moon.

 Talking of lunar eclipse, the Earth comes between the Sun and the Moon during the lunar eclipse, due to which the sunlight does not fall on the Moon.  Because the moon does not have its own light, it shines only with the light of the sun, so when the earth comes between the sun and the moon, if the sunlight does not fall on the moon, then it is a lunar eclipse position.  If the Earth's shadow falls on the full moon, it is called a full lunar eclipse, and when the Earth's shadow falls only in part, it is called a partial lunar eclipse.  The lunar eclipse occurs only on the full moon day.

 So we have told you the ancient belief and modern scientific reason related to eclipse.  Apart from this, different religions may have different stories.  But since ancient times Hinduism has associated events with scientific reasons.  Like it should not come out at the time of eclipse.  Before the eclipse, the tradition of obeying his sutak, not eating food at the time of eclipse, bathing after eclipse, all these things which are in our scriptures also speak about these scientists, because to avoid the harmful rays coming at the time of eclipse.  This is the remedy that was spoken thousands of years ago in our Hindu religion.  Today the same things are proved right from the scientific point of view as well.

 So let's experience the eclipse and tell us by commenting whether you saw the eclipse or not.

सूर्यग्रहण और पौराणिक मान्यताएँ

हर साल सूर्य और चंद्र ग्रहण लगते हैं, और इन्हें पृथ्वी के अलग अलग भागों में अलग अलग समय पर देखा जा सकता है।  ग्रहण को कभी भी नंगी आंखों से नहीं देखना चाहिए ये बात तो आपको पता ही होगी, ख़ासकर सूर्यग्रहण को तो बिल्कुल भी नंगी आंखों से नहीं देखना चाहिए। क्योंकि सूर्य से ग्रहण के समय बहुत हानिकारक किरणें निकलती हैं जो हमारे आंखों को बहुत नुकसान पहुंचाती हैं। चलिए ये सब बातें फिर करते हैं पहले हम आते हैं एक प्राचीन कथा की ओर जो बताती है कि सूर्यग्रहण किस तरह से लगता है। उसके बाद वैज्ञानिक पहलू पर भी चर्चा करेंगे।

तो कहानी की शुरुआत होती है जब देवासुर संग्राम के समय समुद्र मंथन हुआ था। उस वक़्त देवों और दानवों ने मिलकर समुद्र मंथन किया था। समुद्र से निकलने वाली प्रत्येक वस्तु देवताओं और राक्षसों में बराबर बनती जाएगी ये निर्णय हुआ था। हलाहल नामक विष भी इस समुद्र मंथन से निकला था जो बाहर आते ही अपना प्रकोप दिखाने लगा। जीव जंतु, पेड़ पौधे उसके प्रभाव से समाप्त होने लगे। तब सभी ने महादेव भगवान शिव का आह्वान किया और भगवान शिव ने जगत कल्याण के लिए सारा विष पी लिया,और उसे अपने गले में ही रोक दिया ,जिससे वो नीलकंठ कहलाये। 

इसके बाद कई रत्न मिले जो बारी बारी से देवताओं और असुरों ने बंट लिए। अंत में धनवंतरी अमृत कलश को लेकर आये। तो दानव अमृत को उनसे छीनने के लिए उनके पीछे दौड़े। इसी भागमभाग में अमृत की कुछ बूंदे के जगह धरती पर गिर गयी। जहां प्रत्येक 12 वर्ष में महाकुंभ ,तथा प्रत्येक 6 वर्ष में अर्द्धकुंभ का आयोजन होता है। अब आती है अमृत की असली कहानी। उसी वक़्त अमृत को दानवों से बचने हेतु भगवान विष्णु ने मोहिनी रूप धारण किया। सारे असुर भगवान विष्णु के मोहिनी रूप पर मोहित हो गए। और अमृत को छोड़ दिया। अमृत कलश मोहिनी ने अपने हाथों में ले लिया, और दानवों से कहा कि वो सभी को अमृत पिलायेंगी। इसे देवताओं और दानवों में बराबर बराबर बांट दिया जाएगा। तब भगवान विष्णु  चालाकी के साथ देवताओं को अमृत और असुरों को मदिरा पिलाने लगे। एक असुर को कुछ शक हुआ और वो देवताओं का वेश धारण कर देवताओं के बीच जा बैठा। और जैसे ही उसे अमृत मिला वो पी गया तो तुरंत ही सूर्यदेव और चंद्रदेव ने उसे पहचान लिया और तुरंत बोले कि ये तो असुर है जिसने अमृत पी लिया। उसी समय भगवान विष्णु ने सुदर्शन चक्र से उसका गला काट दिया। क्योंकि वो अमृत पी चुका था तो वो मरा नहीं बल्कि उसका सिर और धड़ अलग अलग होते हुए भी वो जीवित रहा। उसका सिर का हिस्सा राहु और धड़ का हिस्सा केतु कहलाया। उसने सूर्य चंद्र को बोला कि वो इसका बदला उनसे अवश्य लेगा और उन्हें खा जाएगा। उसके बाद वो उनके पीछे दौड़ा। 

तो कहा जाता है कि बस उस दिन के पश्चात वो जब भी सूर्य को निगलता है तो सूर्यग्रहण और चंद्रमा को निगलता है तो चंद्रग्रहण लगता है। क्योंकि उसके धड़ का भाग अलग है तो कुछ समय के पश्चात सूर्य और चंद्र उसके गले से नीचे को निकलकर बाहर आ जाते हैं और ग्रहण समाप्त हो जाता है। 

तो ये तो है पौराणिक मान्यता ग्रहण को लेकर।

अब ग्रहण के वैज्ञानिक कारणों की भी चर्चा कर लेते हैं। 

सूर्यग्रहण के बारे में कहा जाता है कि जब सूर्य और पृथ्वी के बीच मे चंद्रमा आ जाता है तो तब सूर्यग्रहण की स्थिति बनती है। पृथ्वी के जिस भाग में चंद्रमा की पूर्ण छाया पड़ती है वहां पूर्ण सूर्यग्रहण लगता है और जब छाया पूरी नहीं पड़ती है तो उसे आंशिक सूर्यग्रहण कहते हैं। सूर्यग्रहण के साथ ये भी स्पेश है कि सूर्यग्रहण अमावस्या को ही लगता है।

चंद्रग्रहण की बात करें तो चंद्रग्रहण के समय सूर्य और चंद्रमा के बीच में पृथ्वी आ जाती है, जिससे सूर्य का प्रकाश चंद्रमा पर नहीं पड़ता है। क्योंकि चंद्रमा का अपना प्रकाश नहीं है वह सूर्य के प्रकाश से ही चमकता है, अतः जब सूर्य और चंद्रमा के बीच पृथ्वी आ जाती है तो सूर्य का प्रकाश चंद्रमा पर नहीं पड़ता है तो ये चंद्र ग्रहण की स्थिति होती है। यदि पृथ्वी की छाया पूरे चंद्रमा पर पड़ती है तो उसे पूर्ण चंद्रग्रहण, तथा जब पृथ्वी की छाया कुछ भाग में ही पड़ती है तो उसे आंशिक चंद्रग्रहण कहते हैं। चंद्रग्रहण केवल पूर्णिमा के दिन ही होता है। 

तो ये हमने आपको ग्रहण से जुड़ी हुई प्राचीन मान्यता और आधुनिक वैज्ञानिक कारण भी बता दिया है। इसके अलावा अलग अलग धर्मों में अलग अलग कथाएं हो सकती हैं। परंतु हिदू धर्म प्राचीन समय से ही वैज्ञानिक कारणों के साथ घटनाओं को जोड़ता आया है। जैसे कि ग्रहण के समय बाहर नहीं निकलना चाहिए। ग्रहण से पूर्व ही उसका सूतक मानने की परंपरा, ग्रहण के समय खाना न खाना, ग्रहण के पश्चात स्नान करना, ये सब बातें जो हमारे धर्मग्रंथों में हैं यही सब बाटे वैज्ञानिक भी बोलते हैं , क्योंकि ग्रहण के समय आने वाली हानिकारक किरणों से बचने का यही उपाय है जो हमारे हिन्दू धर्म में हजारों साल पहले ही बोल दिया था। आज वही बातें वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण से भी सही साबित होती हैं।

Avoiding Corona: What to do, what not to do.

Corona, a dreaded disease.

 How to avoid, what to do and what not to do, all these questions and we are trying to answer them here.

 

 First of all, know what the hell is this corona?

 So, we have already given some information about Corona, today let us tell a little again.  Corona is a disease caused by a virus infection called covid19.  And the infection of this virus is very easy.  Some methods of infection are as follows:

 1- By coming in contact with an infected person.

 2- By using the vessel used by the infected person.

 3- By talking more closely with the infected person.

 4- By touching something touched by an infected person.

 5- If the door handle is also touched by the infected person, then if a healthy person touches that handle later, it can also become infected.

 6- By using the toilet used by the infected person.

 7- If an infected person is traveling in vehicles, then there is a risk of infection by traveling in the same vehicle.

 8- Infection can occur due to coming in contact with any object in direct contact with the infected person.

 So these are some of the reasons that cause infection.  Overall speaking, there is a risk of corona infection by coming in contact with the person or anything that they touch.

 So now it comes to know how to avoid it?

 Now the lockdown has happened for so many days, but slowly things are going back to normal, but the speed of its infection is increasing very fast, so now the need for caution is very high.  Now it is not as if we are sitting in homes.  One has to go to work, and so is the risk of infection.  So to avoid this, there are some precautions that we need to pay attention to.

 1- The first precaution is to not leave the house unless absolutely necessary.

 2- Employed people have to get out of the house, then they will need to be more careful.

 3- Whenever you go out of the house, wear a mask.

 4- Keep the hand sanitiser with you.

 5- Whenever you touch an item in the market, then clean the hands with sanitiser.

 6- If you work in the office, then wash your hands after touching something there, use soap or handwash to wash hands.  If there is no system of hand washing, then use sanitiser is mandatory.

 7- Must follow social distance.  As far as possible, keep a distance of 1 meter from the work.

 8- Avoid eating cooked food outside.  Make and take food from your home.

 9- When you come home from outside, open your clothes outside.  And on reaching home, take a bath with lukewarm water.

कोरोना से बचाव : क्या करें, क्या ना करें ।

कोरोना, एक भयावह बीमारी।

कैसे बचें, क्या करें , और क्या ना करें , ये सब सवाल और इनका जवाब देने का एक प्रयास हम कर रहे हैं यहां पर।

सबसे पहले तो ये जानें कि आखिर ये कोरोना है क्या बला? 

तो कोरोना के बारे में कुछ जानकारी हम पहले भी दे चुके हैं आज थोड़ा फिर बताते हैं। कोरोना एक बीमारी है जो covid19 नामक विषाणु के संक्रमण के कारण होती है। और इस विषाणु का संक्रमण बहुत आसानी से एक दूसरे को हो जाता है। संक्रमण के कुछ तरीके इस प्रकार हैं-

1- संक्रमित व्यक्ति के संपर्क में आने से।

2- संक्रमित व्यक्ति के इस्तेमाल किये बर्तन का प्रयोग करने से।

3- संक्रमित व्यक्ति के साथ ज्यादा नजदीक से बात करने से।

4- संक्रमित व्यक्ति द्वारा स्पर्श की गई किसी वस्तु को छूने से।

5- संक्रमित व्यक्ति द्वारा दरवाजे के हैंडल भी अगर छू लिया है तो बाद में उस हैंडल को कोई स्वस्थ व्यक्ति छू ले तो वह भी संक्रमित हो सकता है।

6- संक्रमित व्यक्ति द्वारा प्रयोग किये गए शौचालय का प्रयोग करने से।

7- वाहनों में यदि कोई संक्रमित व्यक्ति सफर कर रहा हो तो उसी वाहन में सफर करने से संक्रमण का खतरा होता है।

8- संक्रमित व्यक्ति के सीधे संपर्क में आई किसी भी वस्तु के संपर्क में आने से संक्रमण हो सकता है।

तो ये तो कुछ कारण हैं जिनसे इसका संक्रमण होता है। कुल मिलाकर बात करें तो व्यक्ति के संपर्क में आना या उसके द्वारा स्पर्श की गई किसी भी वस्तु के संपर्क में आने से कोरोना के संक्रमण का खतरा है। 

तो अब बात आती है कि आखिर इससे बचें कैसे ? 

अब इतने दिन lockdown हुआ, पर धीरे धीरे सारी चीजें सामान्य हो रही हैं, परंतु इसके संक्रमण की रफ्तार तो बहुत तेजी से बढ़ रही है तो अब सावधानी की जरूरत बहुत ज्यादा है। अब ऐसा तो है नहीं कि हम घरों में बैठे रहें। काम पर जाना पड़ेगा, और ऐसे में संक्रमण का भी खतरा है। तो इससे बचने को कुछ सावधानियां हैं जिनपर हमे ध्यान देने की जरूरत है।

1- पहली सावधानी तो यही है कि जब तक अति आवश्यक ना हो घर से बाहर ना निकलें।

2- नौकरीपेशा लोगों को घर से बाहर निकलना ही पड़ता है तो उन्हें ज्यादा सावधानी बरतने की जरूरत पड़ेगी।

3- जब भी घर से बाहर जाएं, मास्क पहन कर निकलें।

4-  hand sanitiser को अपने पास जरूर रखें। 

5- बाजार में जब भी किसी वस्तु को स्पर्श करें उसके बाद sanitiser से हाथ साफ कर लें।

6- अगर कार्यालय में काम करते हैं तो वहां पर किसी वस्तु को छूने के बाद हाथ धो लें, हाथ धोने के लिए साबुन या हैंडवाश का प्रयोग करें। अगर हाथ धोने की व्यवस्था न हो तो sanitiser का प्रयोग अनिवार्य रूप से करें।

7- सामाजिक दूरी का पालन अवश्य करें। जितना संभव हो काम से कम 1 मीटर की दूरी सभी से बनाये रखें। 

8-  बाहर का बना बनाया खाना खाने से बचें। अपने घर से ही खाना बनाकर ले जाएं।

9- बाहर से जब घर आये तो अपने कपड़े बाहर ही खोल लें। और घर पहुंचते ही गुनगुने पानी से स्नान करें, ।

10- नहाने के पानी मे डेटोल या savlon liquid का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं।

अगर इस तरह से कुछ सामान्य सी सावधानी आप रखते हैं तो आप अपने को और अपने परिजनों को इस भयावह बीमारी के संक्रमण से बचा सकते हैं। 

Education system is in a bad Condition

 The government has given many functions to government primary schools and there is not even enough teachers available.  Most primary schools employ only 1 or 2 teachers, and it is not enough for a teacher to teach so many classes.  Apart from that, the teacher has other departmental work, and so on and outside the department.

 The same is true of secondary schools.  There are not enough teachers there either.  Many schools do not have teachers in important subjects like science and mathematics.  There is a science class at the intermediate level, but teachers have not been appointed in the important subjects of science, physical, chemistry, biology, mathematics.  Alternative subjects have not been arranged for art students.  There are also many schools which were formed before 1990 and were created, but till date they have not been appointed.  If the teacher who is the doer of any school is not appointed in the same schools, then how will the education system improve?

 Even if there are teachers, there is a burden for them other than teaching.  And this is the condition of all schools from primary to secondary.  Teacher has to do census, teacher has to calculate cattle, teacher has to make Aadhaar card, teacher has to calculate mid day meal, teacher has to open bank accounts, teacher has to feed insecticide, teacher has iron iron  The acid pill has to be fed, the teacher has to protect the school as well, to attend the non-urgent meetings to be held repeatedly, to get the departmental information from the Whats app and to make them then go to the officer's office and submit it too hard.  And in soft copy, many times a year have to undergo non-essential training, there are many types of days to be celebrated several times a year, essay competition one day a week, one day speech competition, one day quiz, sometimes art competition, sometimes  Plantation, ever rally, this is all to be done.  After all this, if there is time left for studies, then teach.  And in the end how was your result, why was it less, the same questions will be asked.  In such an environment, even if a teacher still teaches his students, and the one who does so is a government teacher.

 Now see all this for private schools, there is enough resources, teachers, facilities.  But because of that.  They are because of parents.  Now today the same parents are saying that private school fees should be waived, but from where will the salary of all the teachers who are making the future of your children, nobody thought.

 Private schools charge arbitrary fees from parents so there are facilities.

 Now notice one thing, the government can provide all the facilities in government schools, but parents have to show awareness for this.  Like they appear in private school.  When parents are called to a meeting in a private school, the guardians of all the children arrive and go there and pay for the expenses of the meeting themselves.  But it has been observed that when the parents are called in a meeting in a government school, hardly even 5 parents arrive.  How will the government wake up when the parent is not aware?  There is an urgent need to be aware of hawak in government schools.

 Recently, the Honorable Education Minister had given a statement that those who cannot attend private school, then they should get admission in government school.  So many people gave their opinion on this matter, everyone became knowledgeable.  And started saying bad words to the education minister.  Shouted a lot at this time.  Hey, send the child to government school.  Then just as you see how much a child is studying in a private school, what is he studying, in the same way, look at a government school.  Attend the meetings to be held there.  All the parents should meet the public representatives together.  Pressurize the government to provide all facilities in government schools.  When the student numbers increase, the government will have to bow down and the condition and direction of government schools will improve.  In vain, people keep making the statement that for the government employees, first take out orders that they will teach their children in government schools, we will also teach the tab.  Hey, you should teach those who are competent in a government school, let them go to a private school, after all there is employment of many people.  But those who cannot afford the huge fees of private schools, they should get children admitted in government schools.  And pressurize the government to provide all the facilities to the school.  At our behest, we have given admission to reform government school.

बदहाल होती शिक्षा व्यवस्था

आज हम बात करते हैं उत्तराखंड की शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर, कि किस तरह से उत्तराखंड की शिक्षा व्यवस्था आज चौपट हो चुकी है और इसका जिम्मेदार कौन है। इसके कुछ समाधान पर भी आज हम थोड़ी चर्चा करेंगे। 

सबसे पहले बात करते हैं सरकारी विद्यालय की हालत पर। आज सरकारी विद्यालयों में छात्र संख्या दिन प्रतिदिन घटती जा रही है। स्कूल के भवन भी जर्जर हालत में पहुँच चुके हैं, कई जगह तो भवनों की हालत ऐसी हो चुकी है जिससे जान माल का कभी भी कोई भारी नुकसान हो सकता है। फिर भी कुछ विद्यालय भवनों की हालत बहुत अच्छी है। कहीं कहीं तो सरकार ने स्कूल में नए भवन भी बनाये हैं। मुख्य रूप से जिला मुख्यालय और तहसील मुख्यालय के विद्यालयों की बात करें तो उनके पास अच्छा पक्के भवन हैं। और अन्य सुविधाएँ भी हैं। बैठने को पर्याप्त फर्नीचर भी उपलब्ध है। आज वैसे तो लगभग सभी विद्यालयों में फर्नीचर उपलब्ध हो चुका है और इसमें सहयोग रहा सरकार का, साथ ही स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों ने भी विद्यालय में फर्नीचर की उपलब्धता  के लिए विशेष सहयोग दिया है। 

तो सुविधाओं के नाम पर आज सरकारी विद्यालयों में अगर प्राथमिक विद्यालयों से शुरुआत करें तो उनकी क्या स्थिति है इस पर बात करते हैं। प्राथमिक विद्यालयों के पास भवन की कमी तो है ही। क्योकि प्रत्येक गांव में प्राथमिक विद्यालय हैं। जिनमे बहुत से बच्चे पढ़ते भी हैं। कई प्राथमिक विद्यालय तो छात्र संख्या कम होने के कारण बंद हो चुके हैं और कई बंद होने के कगार पर खड़े हैं। 

सरकारी प्राथमिक विद्यालयों के पास सरकार ने कई कार्य दिए हैं और वहां पर्याप्त शिक्षकों की उपलब्धता भी नहीं है। अधिकतर प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में केवल 1 या 2 शिक्षक ही कार्यरत हैं, ओर इतनी कक्षाओं को पढ़ाना एक शिक्षक के बस का तो नहीं है। इसके अलावा उस शिक्षक के पास अन्य विभागीय कार्य, और तो और विभाग के बाहर के भी कार्य। 

यही हाल माध्यमिक के विद्यालयों का भी है। वहां भी पर्याप्त शिक्षक नहीं हैं। कई विद्यालयों में तो विज्ञान एवं गणित जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों में शिक्षक नहीं हैं। इंटरमीडिएट स्तर पर विज्ञान वर्ग तो है पर विज्ञान के महत्वपूर्ण विषय , भौतिक, रसायन, जीव विज्ञान, गणित में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति ही नहीं की गयी है। कला वर्ग के विद्यार्थियों के लिए वैकल्पिक विषयों की व्यवस्था ही नहीं कि गयी है। कई विद्यालय तो ऐसे भी हैं जो 1990 से पहले जिनका गठन होकर पद सृजित हो चुके थे परंतु उनमें आज तक नियुक्ति ही नहीं हुई है। शिक्षक जो किसी भी विद्यालय का कर्ता धर्ता है , वही विद्यालयों में नियुक्त नहीं है तो कैसे शिक्षा व्यवस्था सुधरेगी?  

अगर शिक्षक हैं भी तो उनके लिए शिक्षण कार्य के अतिरिक्त अन्य कार्यों का बोझ है। और ये प्राथमिक से लेकर माध्यमिक तक सभी विद्यालयों का हाल है। शिक्षक ने जनगणना करनी है, शिक्षक ने पशु गणना करनी है, शिक्षक ने आधार कार्ड बनवाने है, शिक्षक ने मिड डे मील का हिसाब बनाना है, शिक्षक ने बैंक खाते खुलवाने है, शिक्षक ने कीड़े मारने की दवा खिलानी है, शिक्षक ने आयरन फोलिक एसिड की गोली खिलानी है, शिक्षक ने विद्यालय की सुरक्षा भी करनी है, बार बार होने वाली गैर जरूरी मीटिंग में हिस्सा लेना है, विभागीय सूचनाओं को whats app से प्राप्त करके उनको बनाना है फिर  स्वयं अधिकारी के कार्यालय जाकर जमा करना है वो भी hard एवं सॉफ्ट कॉपी में, वर्ष में कई बार तो गैर जरूरी ट्रेनिंग करनी पड़ती है, वर्ष में कई बार तो कई तरह के दिवस मनाने हैं, सप्ताह में एक दिन निबंध प्रतियोगिता, एक दिन भाषण प्रतियोगिता, एक दिन प्रश्नोत्तरी,कभी कला प्रतियोगिता, कभी वृक्षारोपण, कभी रैली, यही सब करना है। इन सबके बाद अगर पढ़ाई के लिए समय बच गया तो पढ़ाना है। और अंत मे आपका रिजल्ट कैसा रहा, ये कम क्यों रहा, यही सवाल पूछे जाएंगे। ऐसे माहौल में अगर कोई शिक्षक तब भी अपने विद्यार्थियों को पढ़ता है, और जो ऐसा करता है वो है सरकारी शिक्षक। 

अब यही सब प्राइवेट स्कूल के लिए देखें तो वहां पर्याप्त साधन है, शिक्षक हैं, सुविधाएं हैं। पर वो किसकी वजह से। वो हैं अभिभावकों की वजह से। अब आज वही अभिभावक कह रहे हैं कि प्राइवेट स्कूल फीस माफ करें, पर उन समस्त शिक्षकों का वेतन कहाँ से जाएगा जो आपके बच्चों का भविष्य बना रहे हैं यह किसी ने नहीं सोचा। 

प्राइवेट स्कूल अभिभावकों से मनमानी फीस वसूलते हैं इसलिए वहां सुविधाएं हैं। 

अब एक बात पे गौर कीजिए , सरकार सारी सुविधाऐं सरकारी विद्यालयों में दे सकती है पर इसके लिए अभिभावकों को जागरूकता दिखानी पड़ेगी। जैसे प्राइवेट स्कूल में दिखते हैं। प्राइवेट स्कूल में जब किसी मीटिंग में अभिभावकों को बुलाया जाता है तो सभी बच्चों के अभिभावक पहुंच जाते हैं और वहां जाकर मीटिंग का खर्चा तक खुद देकर आते हैं। परंतु यह देख गया है कि सरकारी स्कूल में जब किसी मीटिंग में अभिभावकों को बुलाया जाता है तो मुश्किल से 5 अभिभावक भी नहीं पहुंचते हैं। जब अभिभावक ही जागरूक नहीं है तो सरकार कैसे जागेगी। सरकारी विद्यालयों में अभी हवाक को जागरूक होने की अत्यंत आवश्यकता है। 

अभी हाल ही में माननीय शिक्षा मंत्री जी ने बयान दिया था कि जो लोग प्राइवेट स्कूल में नहीं जा सकते हैं तो वो सरकारी स्कूल में प्रवेश ले लें। तो इस बात पर कई लोगों ने अपनी अपनी राय दी, सब ज्ञानी बन गए। और शिक्षा मंत्री जी को बुरा भला भी कहने लगे। इस वक़्त खूब चिल्लाने लगे। अरे सरकारी स्कूल में भेजिए बच्चे को। फिर जैसे आप प्राइवेट स्कूल में बच्चा कितना पढ़ रहा है,क्या क्या पढ़ रहा है ये सब देखते हो, उसी प्रकार सरकारी स्कूल में भी देखिए। वहां होने वाली मीटिंग्स में भाग लीजिये। सारे अभिभावक मिलकर जनप्रतिनिधियों से मिलें। सरकार पर दबाव बनाए कि वह सरकारी विद्यालयों में सभी सुविधाएं प्रदान करे। जब छात्र संख्या बढ़ेगी तो सरकार को झुकना पड़ेगा और सरकारी विद्यालयों की दशा और दिशा सुधार जाएगी। व्यर्थ में लोग ये बयान देते रहते हैं कि सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए पहले आदेश निकालिये की वो अपने बच्चों को सरकारी स्कूलों में पढाएं टैब हम भी पढ़ाएंगे। अरे आप पढ़ाइये सरकारी स्कूल में जो सक्षम हैं उन्हें प्राइवेट स्कूल में जाने दीजिए आखिर वहां भी तो कई लोगों का रोजगार है। परंतु जो प्राइवेट स्कूल की भारी भरकम फीस वहां नहीं कर सकते हैं वो लोग सरकारी स्कूल में प्रवेश कराएं बच्चों का। और सरकार पर दबाव बनाए की वो सारी सुविधा दें स्कूल को। अपने कहने पर हमने प्रवेश दिया है अब सुधारिये सरकारी स्कूल को। 

पर नहीं अपने तो बस सरकारी स्कूल की बुराई करनी है। और प्राइवेट स्कूल में अगर इतनी ही अच्छी पढ़ाई है तो बच्चों को ट्यूशन की आवश्यकता क्यों पड़ती है वो भी उसी शिक्षक से जो स्कूल में उन्हें  पढ़ा रहा है। जब स्कूल में पढ़ा ही रहे हो तो घर पे ट्यूशन में बुलाना क्यो जरूरी है ?? 

इन बातों को कोई नहीं सोचता है।

BSNL : सरकार की अनदेखी झेलती सरकारी कम्पनी

BSNL भारत की सबसे बड़ी दूरसंचार कंपनियों में से एक, ओर सबसे बड़ी बात कि ये एक सरकारी कम्पनी है जिसने देश भर में लाखों लोगों को रोजगार दिया हुआ है। परंतु आज इसकी हालत बहुत दयनीय हो चुकी है। भारत में दूरसंचार की शुरुआत जब हुई थी तो BSNL की संचार सेवाएं सबसे ज्यादा प्रगति पर थी। लैंडलाइन फोन और ब्रॉडबैंड सेवा BSNL की सबसे जबरदस्त थी। आज भी BSNL की ब्रॉडबैंड सेवा का कोई तोड़ नहीं है। 

धीरे धीरे प्राइवेट कंपनियों की बाढ़ सी आयी उन्होंने अनेक सेवाएं शुरू की। wireless सेवा उसमे आयी, मोबाइल का विकास हुआ तो फिर wireles सेवा को बहुत विस्तार मिला। BSNL की पहुंच सबसे पहले सभी जगह हुई। गांव में जहां कोई और कंपनी की सेवाएं नहीं थी वहां भी BSNL की पहुंच थी। 2g सेवा के बाद 3g सेवाएं आयी। तब बहुत सी कंपनियों ने अपनी 3g सेवाओं को गांव गांव तक पहुचाने की कई कोशिश की ओर जिससे देश की जनता को बहुत फायदा हुआ। उन्हें तेज गति की इंटरनेट सेवा मोबाइल में मिलने लगी। यहां से सरकार का सहयोग BSNL को कम मिलने लगा। जहां अन्य कंपनियों को 3g सेवाएं शुरू करने का मौका मिल चुका था तब सरकार की ओर से BSNL की 3g सेवाओं के लिए कोई ठोस रणनीति नहीं बनाई गई थी। 

बस यहीं पर यह सरकारी कंपनी पिछड़ने लगी। कि जगह पर इस कंपनी की शाखाएं जो दूरस्थ गांवों में भी अपनी पहुंच बना चुकी थी वो बंद होने लगी। कई लोगों की नौकरी चली गयी।

इसके बाद भारत में 4g सेवाओं की शुरुआत हुई। इस वक़्त भी सरकार का योगदान इस सरकारी कम्पनी के साथ अच्छा नही रहा। 4g स्पेक्ट्रम की नीलामी कर कई सारी प्राइवेट कंपनियों को दिए गए परंतु BSNL के लिए कुछ नहीं सोचा गया। 

कई सारी कंपनियों ने अपनी 4g सेवाएं लोगों को पहुँचाना शुरू कर दिया। द्रुत गति की इंटरनेट सेवा प्राइवेट दूरसंचार कंपनियाँ देने लगी। और लोग BSNL की सेवा को बंद करके private company की सेवाएं लेने लगे। कि वर्षों तक ये चलता रहा पर सरकार ने इस सरकारी कंपनी के भविष्य के लिए कुछ नहीं सोचा। BSNL अन्य कंपनियों से पिछड़ती गयी। और आज BSNL एक ऐसे मुकाम पर पहुंच चुकी है कि इस कंपनी के कई कर्मचारियों को स्वेच्छिक सेवानिवृत्त होने के लिए बोला गया। और आगे भी कई कर्मचारियों की नौकरी पर संकट मंडरा रहा है। 

अब अगर अभी भी वक़्त रहते सरकड इस कंपनी के लिए कुछ ठोस कदम उठाए तो ये कंपनी फिर से अपने पैर जमा सकती है और सरकार इससे लाखों करोड़ की आय कमा सकती है। कई लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा। क्योंकि BSNL की सेवाएं आज भी अन्य कंपनियों की सेवाओं से बेहतर हैं। जरूरत हैं सहयोग की। आज भारत 5g सेवाओं की ओर बढ़ रहा है। 

अगर सरकार चाहे तो सबसे पहले 5g सेवाओं को शुरू करने के लिए BSNL का साथ दे। पूरे देश मे BSNL की 5g सेवाएं तो ग्राहकों की संख्या बहुत तेजी से बढेगी। सरकार को बहुत राजस्व की प्राप्ति होगी। साथ मे प्राइवेट कंपनियों को भी 5g स्पेक्ट्रम की नीलामी की जाए। BSNL में कर्मचारियों की बम्पर भर्ती की जाए तो वो समय दूर नहीं जब ये सरकारी कंपनी सरकड को सबसे ज्यादा राजस्व दे। 

बस जरूरत है सही क्रियान्वयन की और सरकार की सोच की। परंतु सरकार तो निजीकरण को बढ़ावा देने में लगी है परंतु इसके गंभीर परिणाम होंगे ये सरकार नहीं समझ पा रही है। 

सरकार को सरकारी कंपनियों के निजीकरण करने से कहीं बेहतर उनकी सेवाओं को सुधारना है।जिससे लंबे समय तक राजस्व की प्राप्ति होगी और देश आर्थिक विकास के पथ पर आगे बढ़ेगा।

 Suppose an employee who gets old pension deposits an amount of Rs 10,000 in his GPF account every month, then if he has 30 years of service, then the total amount deposited by him will be -

 Rs 3600000

 If the interest received after 30 years is calculated then it becomes almost -

 Rs 2909000

 Suppose the income tax paid by the employee at the rate of 10% on the amount of GPF from his salary, then reduce it from interest and see the total profit.

 3600000 + 2909000-360000 = 6149000 Rs.

 A total of 6149000 (sixty-one lakh twenty-five thousand rupees) employees will get full.  So this is almost double the contribution given by the employee.

 Now, if we calculate the pension, then there is a general rule that about half of the salary of an employee at the time of retirement is made.  Now, if the employee gets a salary of Rs 60000 when he retires, then his monthly pension will be around Rs 30000.

 Now think for yourself what benefits the employees have.  Where after the employee's contribution of Rs 28 lakh in NPS, he got only about Rs 29 lakh and his family pension became only Rs 4000 monthly.

 The same second and one employee who comes under OPS collects a sum of Rs 36 lakh and takes 61 lakh and also takes a respectable family pension.

NPS बनाम OPS : कौन है ज्यादा उपयुक्त

तो हमने आपको बताया था कि किस प्रकार एक व्यक्ति जो 28 साल की सेवा करता है और उसे अंत मे 28 साल बाद जो पेंशन मिलेगी वो अधिकतम 4000 रु लगभग होगी। तो आज से 28 साल बाद 4000 रु की कितनी value होगी आप आसानी से सोच सकते हैं। चलिए अब एक नजर OPS की एक सामान्य गणना पर देखते हैं। 

माना एक कर्मचारी जिसे पुरानी पेंशन मिलती है वो हर माह 10000 रु की धनराशि अपने GPF खाते में जमा करता है तो माना 30 वर्ष की उसकी सेवा है तो उसके द्वारा जमा की गई कुल धनराशि होगी - 

3600000 रु

30 साल बाद मिलने वाले ब्याज की अगर गणना की जाए तो वो बनता है लगभग - 

 2909000 रु 

माना कि कर्मचारी द्वारा अपने वेतन से GPF की राशि पर 10% की दर से आयकर दिया गया तो इसे ब्याज से घटाकर कुल लाभ देखें तो वो बनता है।

3600000+2909000-360000= 6149000 रु

कुल 6149000 ( इकसठ लाख उनपचास हजार रु) कर्मचारी को पूरा मिलेगा । तो ये लगभग कर्मचारी द्वारा दिये गए अंशदान से दोगुने के लगभग उसे प्राप्त हुआ। 

अब जरा पेंशन की गणना करे तो इसका सामान्य से एक नियम है कि जितना सेवानिवृत्त होते समय कर्मचारी का वेतन है उसका लगभग आधा उसकी पेंशन बनती है। अब यदि माने की कर्मचारी को 60000रु उस समय वेतन मिलता है जब वो सेवानिवृत्त हुआ तो लगभग 30000 रु उसकी मासिक पेंशन बनेगी। 

अब आप खुद सोचिए कि कर्मचारियों को किसमे लाभ है। जहां NPS में कर्मचारी के 28लाख रुपए के अंशदान के पश्चात उसे केवल लगभग 29लाख रूपये मिले और उसकी पारिवारिक पेंशन केवल 4000 रु मासिक बनी। 

वही दूसरी और एक कर्मचारी जो OPS के  अंतर्गत आता है वो 36लाख की धनराशि जमा करके 61लाख की धनराशि लेता है और एक सम्मानजनक पारिवारिक पेंशन भी लेता है। 

तो अब आप खुद फैसला कीजिये कि कौन उत्तम है NPS या OPS

NPS: boon or curse for government employees

Let's discuss NPS today.

 The new pension scheme, which the government describes as very good for the employees, but its future is not known to anyone.  Today I will explain to you a simple calculation that what happens in the NPS after that you will tell yourself whether it is a boon or a curse for the employees.

 Let's talk about a government employee whose job is considered to be at the age of 32, then he is registered for NPS and let's assume here that after 1 year his contribution to NPS has started to be deducted.

 We take an average of Rs. 6000 in the entire life span of that employee that if his NPS is cut so much, then calculate how much he has accumulated -

 6000 × 12 months × 28 years = 2016000 (twenty lakh hundred thousand rupees)

 Now suppose 14% of the government also contributes to it, then the government's contribution is made -

 2822400 (twenty eight lakh twenty two thousand four hundred rupees)

 The sum of both is -

 2016000 + 2822400 = Rs 4838400

 If you have given your income tax on this amount, then we make a rough estimate of only 10%. The amount that remains after the income tax deduction is now-

 4354560 Rs

 Suppose there is a benefit of 12% at the time of retiring in it, as claimed by the government, then the total deposit has become now-

 Rs 4877108

 Now, you have to make a choice of how much to get 60% or 40% of this amount.  Suppose I need more, then I withdraw 60%, then my withdrawal is done.

 Rs 2926265

 Keep in mind that you have to pay tax on this amount.  Even here, if you apply only 10% income tax while it will be more, then the remaining amount has become what we got in pure form-

 2633638 Rs

 You got back even less than what you had deposited.

 Now let's calculate pension in an easy way.

 40% of the remaining amount is now-

 1950843 Rs

 On this, the calculation of pension will be done in such a way that you will get pension till the age of 100 years, it will be received from it, if you are retired in 60 years, then the calculation of pension for 40 years

 1950843 ÷ 40 = Rs 48771 Annual pension you will get.

 Calculate Monthly Pension

 48771 ÷ 12 = Rs 4064

 Now think to yourself whether a pension of Rs 4064 is enough for you after 30 years.

NPS : सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए वरदान या अभिशाप

आज चर्चा कर लेते हैं NPS की।

new pension scheme , जिसे सरकार कर्मचारियों के लिए बहुत अच्छा बताती है परंतु इसके भविष्य किसी को ज्ञात नहीं है। आज मैं आपको एक सरल सी गणना करके समझाता हूँ कि NPS में आखिर होता क्या है उसके बाद आप खुद बताइयेगा कि यह कर्मचारियों के लिए वरदान है या अभिशाप ।

चलिए बात करते हैं एक सरकारी कर्मचारी की जिसकी नौकरी माना 32 वर्ष की आयु में लगती है, तो उसका NPS के लिए पंजीकरण होता है और चलिए हम यहां पर ये मान लेते हैं कि 1 वर्ष पश्चात उसका NPS में योगदान काटना शुरू हो गया है। 

हम उस कर्मचारी के पूरे जीवन काल मे 6000 रु का औसत लेकर चलते हैं कि इतना उसका NPS कट रहा है तो कुल उसका कितना जमा हुआ उसकी गणना करते हैं-

6000×12माह ×28वर्ष= 2016000 (बीस लाख सौलह हजार रु) 

अब माना इसमें 14% सरकार भी अंशदान देती है तो सरकार का अंशदान बनता है - 

2822400 ( अठाईस लाख बाईस हजार चार सौ रु ) 

दोनों का योग होता है -

2016000+2822400= 4838400 रु

इस राशि पर अपने आयकर भी दिया है तो उसका एक मोटा से अनुमान केवल 10% हम लगा लेते हैं आयकर कटौती के पश्चात जो राशि बचती है वो है अब- 

4354560 रु

माना कि इसमें सेवानिवृत्त होते समय 12 % का लाभ मिलता है जैसा कि सरकार दावा करती है तो कुल जमा राशि बन गयी अब- 

4877108 रु

अब अपने इस राशि का 60% या 40% कितना निकलना है इसका चुनाव करना है। माना मुझे जरूरत ज्यादा है तो मैं 60% निकाल लेता हूँ तो मेरी निकासी हो गयी मेरे कहते से कुल - 

2926265 रु 

ध्यान रखिये इस राशि पर आपको कर देना हैं। यहां पर भी अगर केवल 10% आयकर लगाएं जबकि लगेगा ज्यादा तो अब बची हुई राशि हो गयी जो शुद्ध रूप में हमे प्राप्त हुई वो- 

2633638 रु

अपने जितना जमा किया था उससे भी कम राशि आपको वापस मिली। 

अब चलिए पेंशन की गणना करते हैं आसान तरीके से।

शेष राशि बची 40% वो होती है अब- 

1950843 रु

इस पर सामान्य रूप से पेंशन की गणना इस प्रकार होगी कि आपको 100 वर्ष की आयु तक पेंशन देय है वो इसी से मिलेगी 60 वर्ष में आप सेवानिवृत्त हुए हैं तो 40 वर्षों की पेंशन की गणना

1950843÷40= 48771 रु वार्षिक पेंशन ये आपको मिलेगी। 

मासिक पेंशन की गणना कीजिये 

48771÷12= 4064 रु

अब खुद सोचिए कि 30 साल बाद क्या 4064 रु पेंशन आपके लिए पर्याप्त है।

Forest Fire: Destruction of Nature

Every year we see that in newspapers, in news channels that there was a fire in the forest of this region.  Many forests are completely destroyed by burning.

 But why?  how?

 

 If we look at this, we see that as the summer starts, there is a fire in the forests.  But who fires it.  This fire is planted by someone among us who probably does not know how much damage he is doing to nature.

 Some people accidentally set this fire on purpose.  For example, camps are often organized in the forest during summer.  Some people stay there at night and have campfires.  After which they do not extinguish the fire well and the forest catches fire.  Or maybe someone walks around in the forest throwing a bidi or cigarette and catches fire in the dry leaves.  Which then takes the form of a claim.

 Apart from this, there is a reason for the fire in the forest that some mischievous elements deliberately set fire to the forest and run away.  Don't know what they get by doing this, but they commit these crimes.

 Another thing that comes here is that some people argue that when the foliage falls in the forest, setting fire on them makes the grass look good during the rainy season.  But they do not understand how much valuable property is lost by setting that fire.

 

 Now we talk about how to avoid it.  So to avoid this, first of all people have to be aware, they have to make them know how much damage is due to fire.  Today all people are educated and intelligent.  So they will understand this very well and besides being aware they will also make other people aware.  If a picnic is celebrated in the forest, there should be a strict prohibition on setting fire.  People visiting the forest should not have flammable items like cigarette match lighters.  With this we can save the forests to a great extent.  People should be made aware that if someone finds a fire in the forest, stop it and if they do not stop, then inform the forest department or local administration.  And the government should take the harshest action against such people.  Along with this, arrangements should also be made to give prizes to the person giving the information.

 This year we saw that there was no forest fire.  Because there was no movement of people around the forest due to lack of tourism, there was no fire in the forests.  The atmosphere became absolutely pure.  Where there was mist in all the mountains in summer, the front hill was not clear.  If you look there this year, the distant Himalayas are also visible and clear.  We are seeing beautiful views of nature.

 One more thing, people who argue that the grass looks good in the rain by setting fire in the forest, then I would like to say to them that it is better to put those leaves of the forest in one place and their other works  Do the experiment  Believe the grass will look good.  Very good.  Along with this, trees with many medicinal properties will also be protected.  Which are used as medicine in the treatment of many serious diseases.

 So once think that it is our duty to protect these forests which give you life.

 Let us pledge that we will do everything possible to protect the forests around us, and plant at least 10 trees every year in the vacant land.

दावानल : जंगल की आग : प्रकृति का विनाश

हर साल हम देखते हैं कि अखबारों में , समाचार चैनलों में कि इस क्षेत्र के जंगल में आग लग गयी। कई जंगल पूरी तरह जलकर नष्ट हो जाते हैं। 

आखिर क्यों? कैसे? 

हम अगर इस बात पर गौर करें तो देखते हैं कि जैसे ही गर्मियाँ शुरू होती हैं जंगलो में आग लगने लगती है। पर ये आग लगाता कौन है। ये आग हम लोगों के ही बीच से कोई लगाता है जो शायद यह नहीं जानता है कि वह प्रकृति का कितना नुकसान कर रहा है। 

कुछ लोग गलती से तो कुछ जान बूझकर इस आग को लगाते हैं। जैसे अक्सर जंगल मे गर्मियों के समय कैम्प लगाए जाते हैं। कुछ लोग वहां रात में रुकते हैं और कैम्प फायर करते हैं। जिसके पश्चात वे आग को अच्छे से बुझाते नहीं हैं और जंगल मे आग पकड़ लेती है। या हो सकता है कि जंगल में घूमते हुए कोई बीड़ी या सिगरेट फेंक दे और वो सूखे पत्तों में आग पकड़ लेती है। जो फिर दावानल का रूप ले लेती है। 

इसके अलावा एक कारण जंगल में आग लगने का ओर है कि कुछ शरारती तत्व जानबूझकर जंगल मे आग लगते हैं और भाग जाते हैं। पता नहीं ऐसा करके उन्हें मिलता क्या है पर वो ये अपराध करते हैं। 

एक और बात यहाँ पर आती है कि कुछ लोग ये तर्क देते हैं कि जंगल में जब पत्ते गिरे होते हैं तो उनपर आग लगा देने से बरसात के समय घास अच्छी लगती है । पर उस आग को लगाने से कितने बहुमूल्य संपदा का नुकसान होता है इस बात को वो नहीं समझते हैं।

अब हम बात करते हैं कि कैसे इससे बचा जा सकता है। तो इससे बचने के लिए सबसे पहले तो लोगों को जागरूक होना होगा, उन्हें ये ज्ञान कराना होगा कि आग लगने से कितना नुकसान है। आज सभी लोग पढ़े लिखे और समझदार हैं। तो वे इस बात को अच्छे से समझेंगे और जागरूक होने के साथ अन्य लोगों को भी जागरूक करेंगे। अगर जंगल में पिकनिक मनाई जाती है तो वहां आग लगाने पर सख्त रोक होनी चाहिए। जंगल में घूमने आने वाले लोगों के पास सिगरेट माचिस लाइटर जैसी ज्वलनशील वस्तुएं नहीं होनी चाहिए । इससे हम काफी हद तक जंगलों को बचा सकते हैं। लोगों को जागरूक करना चाहिए कि अगर कोई जंगल में आग लगते हुए मिले तो उसे रोकें और अगर वो न रुके तो वन विभाग या स्थानीय प्रशासन को खबर करें। और सरकार को ऐसे लोगों पर सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए। इसके साथ सूचना देने वाले व्यक्ति को पुरस्कार देने की भी व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए।

इस वर्ष हमने देखा कि जंगलों की आग नहीं लगी। क्योंकि पर्यटन न होने के कारण लोगों का जंगल के आस पास आवागमन नहीं हुआ तो जंगलों में आग भी नहीं लगी। वातावरण एक दम शुद्ध हो गया। जहां गर्मियों में सभी पहाड़ों में धुंध रहती थी सामने की पहाड़ी तक स्पष्ट नहीं दिखती थी। वहां इस वर्ष देखें तो दूर हिमालय भी साफ और स्पष्ट दिखाई दे रहा है। प्रकृति का सुंदर नजारा हमको दिख रहा है। 

एक बात और जो लोग ये तर्क देते हैं कि जंगल में आग लगाकर बरसात में घास अच्छी लगती है तो उनको मैं यही कहना चाहूंगा आग लगाने से अच्छा ये है कि आप जंगल के उन पत्तो को एक जगह इकट्ठा कर दीजिए और उनका किसी दूसरे कामों में प्रयोग कीजिये। यकीन मानिए घास बहुत अच्छी लगेगी। बहुत ही ज्यादा अच्छी। और साथ में कई सारे औषधीय गुणों से भरपूर वृक्षों की भी सुरक्षा होगी। जो कई गंभीर रोगों के ईलाज में औषधि के रूप प्रयोग होते हैं। 

तो एक बार सोचिए कि ये जंगल जो आपको जीवन देते हैं उनकी रक्षा करना हम सबका कर्तव्य है। 

आइये संकल्प लेते हैं कि हम अपने आस पास के जंगलों की हर संभव सुरक्षा करेंगें, और कम से कम 10 पेड़ प्रतिवर्ष खाली जमीन में लगाएं। 

हरी भरी पृथ्वी में ही जीवन है इसे बचाने का हमको प्रयास करना चाहिए।

 When we eat ice cream immediately after eating, the temperature inside our stomach rapidly decreases.  And when the temperature is low, the acid that works for digestion of food inside the stomach is not able to perform its function properly and digestion of food is not done well.  Now if there is no digestion of food then indigestion will go towards our intestines.  It may be that they do the work of damaging our intestines.  If there is no digestion of food, then there will be pain in our stomach.  The body will not get proper nutrients and the body will become weak.  We will often be sick.  Which will cause us many other problems.

 So now you must have understood how much harm is caused by eating ice cream immediately after eating.  If you feel like eating ice cream, then eat ice cream only after 1 hour of eating.

खाने के बाद आइस क्रीम : सेहत से खिलवाड़

हम लोग अक्सर खाने के बाद कभी कभी आइस क्रीम भी खा लेते हैं, और गर्मियों में तो रात के कहने के बाद आइस क्रीम खाना एक सामान्य सी बात हो जाती है। पर क्या आप लोग ये जानते हैं कि खाने के तुरंत बाद आइस क्रीम खाने से हम अपनी सेहत को नुकसान पहुंचाते हैं। कैसे ? आइये इसे समझने का प्रयास करते हैं।

आप में से अधिकांश लोग जानते होंगे कि कोई रासायनिक अभिक्रिया जब होती है तो उसके लिए अधिक तापमान हो तो अभिक्रिया बहुत उत्तम होती है। अब आप लोग सोचने लगे होंगे कि मैं ये विज्ञान की बातें अभी आइस क्रीम के मामले में क्यो बोल रहा हूँ। इसका क्या संबंध है? 

तो इसका संबंध है। पूरा ब्लॉग ध्यान से पढ़िए तो समझ आएगा। दरअसल हम यहां पर अम्लों की बात करते हैं ।किसी अम्ल को अभिक्रिया करने हेतु सामान्य तापमान 25℃ से अधिक की आवश्यकता होती है ,इस तापमान पर अभिक्रिया की दर सामान्य होती है। 

तो आप लोग जानते होंगे कि भोजन के पाचन के लिए हमारे पेट में भी एक अम्ल होता है। HCl । हमारे पेट मे जब भोजन जाता है तो पेट मे ये अम्ल भोजन के साथ क्रिया करता है और उसे छोटे छोटे टुकड़ों में तोड़ने का कार्य करता है। मनुष्य शरीर का सामान्य तापमान लगभग 37℃ होता है। तो इस तापमान पर भोजन का पाचन अच्छे से होता है। 

अब जब हम भोजन करने के तुरंत बाद आइस क्रीम खाते हैं तो क्या होता है सोचिए, 

चलिए हम बताते हैं आपको कि होता क्या है - 

जब हम खाने के तुरंत बाद आइस क्रीम खाते हैं तो हमारे पेट के अंदर का तापमान तेजी से कम हो जाता है। और जब तापमान कम हो जाता है तो पेट के अंदर भोजन के पाचन का कार्य करने वाला अम्ल अपना कार्य ढंग से नहीं कर पाता है और भोजन का पाचन अच्छे से नहीं होता है। अब अगर भोजन का पाचन नहीं होगा तो अपच भोजन वैसा ही हमारी आँतों की ओर चल जाएगा। वहां हो सकता है कि हमारी आँतों को नुकसान पहुंचाने का कार्य वो करे। भोजन का पाचन नहीं होगा तो हमारे पेट में दर्द रहेगा। शरीर को उचित पोषक तत्व नहीं मिलेंगे और शरीर कमजोर हो जाएगा। हम अक्सर बीमार रहेंगे। जिससे हमें कई अन्य समस्याएं होंगी। 

तो अब आप समझ गए होंगे कि खाने के तुरंत बाद आइस क्रीम खाने से कितना नुकसान होता है। अगर आपको आइस क्रीम खाने का मन करे तो खाने के काम से कम 1 घण्टे के पश्चात ही आइस क्रीम खाएं।

पर सही मायने में देखे तो सिर्फ इतने से हम विज्ञान को समझ जाएं ये असंभव है। विज्ञान बहुत व्यापक शब्द है। इसको इतनी आसानी से समझना मुश्किल ही नहीं नामुमकिन से है जब तक हम विज्ञान को अपने दैनिक जीवन के साथ न जोड़ लें। 

इस सबसे पहले मैं एक बात और बताना चाहूंगा कि 20वीं शताब्दी के मध्य तक विज्ञान की मुख्य रूप से 3 शाखाएं ही प्रचलित थी अर्थात विज्ञान को 3 भागों में बांटा गया था ।

रसायन विज्ञान 

जीव विज्ञान

परंतु वर्तमान में विज्ञान की असंख्य शाखायें हो चुकी हैं क्योंकि विज्ञान को समझना इतना आसान नहीं है । हम जैसे जैसे इसका अध्ययन करते जाते हैं इसकी व्यापकता का पता हमें चलता रहता है। आज हर विषय विज्ञान के बिना अधूरा से है और सही कहें तो बिना विज्ञान के हमारा जीवन ही नहीं है।

हम अपने दैनिक जीवन से विज्ञान को जोड़ते हैं।

सुबह उठते से रात को सोने तक जितनी भी घटनाएं हमारे साथ होती हैं सबमे कुछ न कुछ विज्ञान है।

जैसे दांत साफ करने को टूथपेस्ट, ब्रश, नहाने को साबुन ये सब विज्ञान की ही तो दें हैं।

घरों में पानी का आना, बिजली का आना, बिजली का बल्ब, टेलीविजन, फ्रिज, वाशिंग मशीन , मोबाइल, गैस चूल्हा, गैस सिलिंडर, खाना बनाने के बर्तन, आराम करने को बिस्तर, पहनने को कपड़े, हमारा घर सब कुछ सभी विज्ञान ने ही तो हमें दिया है। 

सही कहें तो विज्ञान हमारे साथ तब से है जब विज्ञान शब्द की उत्पत्ति भी नहीं हुई थी। और हमारे प्राचीन धर्म ग्रंथों और पौराणिक कथाओं में तो विज्ञान के विकास के अनेक प्रमाण मिलते हैं।

मैं प्राचीन काल्कि छोटी सी बात करूं तो सोमरस, जिसे आधुनिक समय मे शराब कहा जाता है तो वह तब भी बनती थी। 

महाभारत की कथा में अपने माखन चोर के बारे में तो सुना होगा। वो माखन भी जो बनता था वो भी एक वैज्ञानिक प्रक्रिया ही है। फिर उस समय के हथियार जो पूरी पृथ्वी को तक नष्ट करने की शक्ति रखते थे वो सब विज्ञान के उन्नत विकास की कहानी कहते हैं। आज आधुनिक समय के परमाणु अस्त्रों की ही तरह के कई विनाशकारी हथियारों का वर्णन हमारे प्राचीन ग्रंथों में है। 

तो हम कह सकते हैं कि विज्ञान को एक छोटी सी परिभाषा से परिभाषित करना संभव नहीं है।

अभी विज्ञान ने पूर्ण रूप से प्रगति नहीं की है । अभी आने वाले समय मे विज्ञान और ज्यादा प्रगति करेगा। मनुष्य ब्रह्मण्ड में जा चुका है आकाशगंगा का रहस्य पता कर रहा है दूसरे ग्रहों पर जीवन की खोज कर रहा है और विज्ञान में यह शक्ति है कि अगर इसका सही ढंग से प्रयोग हो तो मनुष्य सब कुछ हासिल कर सकता है। 

परन्तु विज्ञान की ये प्रगति कहीं खतरे का संकेत भी है। हम विज्ञान के विकास और अपनी विलासिता के साधन बनाने में इतने अंधे हो गए हैं कि हम प्रकृति के संतुलन को बिगाड़ रहे हैं जिसके गंभीर परिणाम हमको भुगतने पड़ेंगे। 

प्रकति हमे बताती भी है कि अभी भी वक़्त है संभाल लो पर नहीं मनुष्य आज अंधा हो चुका है वह नहीं रुकने वाला है, इसी का परिणाम है कि जब बारिश हुई चाहिए तब सूखा पड़ता है और जब धूप निकल कर गर्मी होनी है तब ओले गिरते हैं ।

आज विश्व मे कोरोना जैसी गंभीर बीमारी महामारी विज्ञान के गलत प्रयोग का दुष्परिणाम है जिससे पूरी मानव जाति पर संकट आ गया है। अगर अभी भी वक़्त रहते मनुष्य नहीं संभला तो फिर पृथ्वी पर महाप्रलय आने से कोई नहीं रोक पायेगा और सम्पूर्ण मानव जाति का अस्तित्व मिट जाएगा।

Corona: Global Pandemic (How to Avoid?)

Corona has emerged as a global epidemic.  What is this disease, why is it so dangerous

 How did a small virus put the whole world in danger?  Today we will try to give you information about some such things.

 

 As we all know that this disease started in China and is causing terrible destruction in the whole world today.  According to all the information received from the World Health Organization and other organizations, it is a rhino virus which is not easy to destroy.  It mainly affects our respiratory system.  And many people have died prematurely from infection with this virus.  Symptoms take up to 14 days after infection with the virus, depending on each person's immunity.

 Cough, cold, fever, difficulty in breathing are some of the common symptoms of its infection.  And its infection spreads from person to person very easily.  It is such a contagious disease that the patient is in danger of spreading due to contact with the objects touched.

 Now the question comes how to avoid it.  So the most effective way to escape is information.  If we should know the ways of its spread, then we can easily avoid it.  From time to time, new information is given to us by the Health Department, if we follow them, then we can avoid them very easily.  We tell you some information and precautions, by following which you can avoid the infection of this disease by living a normal life to a great extent.

 First of all, do not leave your house if it is not necessary, only for the necessary tasks.

 

 If it is necessary to leave the house, wear a mask, do not leave the house without a mask.  Masks can be of any kind, you can also use masks at home.  Now some people here say that a simple mask made at home can stop the virus?  So let us tell you that this mask protects you from virus infection. In other way, if we do not wear the mask, then it is possible that we will put our hands on many items in the market and it may be that we may accidentally snatch it.  Apply it, and its infection through the nose is very fast.  So any kind of mask, it can work to a great extent the risk of infection of corona virus.

 Now we come to the next caution, that is social distance.

 Whenever we go out of the house, today, keep as much distance as possible from the nearby people and if this distance is more than 2 meters, then it is very good.

 The next precaution we have taken is not to get hands.  If any person meets us, we have to keep a distance from it and stay away from shaking hands.  To avoid this, you can adopt the tradition of Namaste with folded hands according to the Indian Hindu method.

 

 Next caution whenever you go out of the house and come back, try to open your clothes outside the house.  Clean your hands and feet with soap or handwash as soon as you get home.

 

 On the one hand, caution is to use an alcoholic sanitiser where water and soap are not available.  If you leave the market with a sanitiser with you, it will be better.  Come to the market anytime, touch an atm or shop or anywhere, then use the sanitiser in your hands.

 So these are some precautions that we can easily follow to avoid the corona virus and live a normal life like before.

कोरोना : वैश्विक महामारी (कैसे बचें?)

कोरोना एक वैश्विक महामारी के रूप में उभरा है। क्या है ये बीमारी, क्यों हैं ये इतनी खतरनाक। 

कैसे एक छोटे से विषाणु ने पूरी दुनिया को संकट में डाल दिया? ऐसे ही कुछ बातों की जानकारी आज हम आपको देने का प्रयास करेंगे।

जैसा कि हम सब जानते हैं कि यह बीमारी चीन से शुरू हुई और आज पूरी दुनिया मे भयंकर तबाही मचा रही है। इसके बारे में जितनी भी जानकारी विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन और अन्य संस्थाओं से मिली है उनके अनुसार यह एक राइनो वायरस है जिसको नष्ट करना आसान नहीं है। यह मुख्य रूप से हमारे स्वसन तंत्र को प्रभावित करता है। और इस विषाणु के संक्रमण से कई लोग अकाल मृत्यु को प्राप्त हो चुके हैं। विषाणु के संक्रमण के बाद लक्षण दिखने में 14 दिन तक का समय लग जाता है जो प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की प्रतिरोधक क्षमता पर निर्भर करता है। 

खांसी  , जुखाम, बुखार, सांस लेने में तकलीफ यह इसके संक्रमण के कुछ सामान्य लक्षण हैं। और इसका संक्रमण एक व्यक्ति से दूसरे व्यक्ति में बहुत आसानी से फैल जाता है। यह एक ऐसा संक्रामक रोग है कि रोगी के स्पर्श की हुई वस्तुओँ के संपर्क में आने से भी इसके फैलने का खतरा रहता है। 

अब सवाल आता है कि इससे बचा कैसे जाए। तो बचने का सबसे कारगर तरीका है जानकारी। हमें इसके फैलने के तरीकों की जानकारी होनी चाहिए तो हम आसानी से बच सकते हैं इससे। समय समय पर स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से नई नई जानकारियां हमे दी जाती हैं अगर हम उनका पालन करें तो बहुत आसानी से हम इन सबसे बाख सकते हैं। कुछ जानकारी और सावधानी हम आपको बताते हैं जिनका पालन करके आप बहुत हद तक सामान्य जीवन जीते हुए इस बीमारी के संक्रमण से बच सकते हैं। 

सबसे पहली बात कि अगर जरूरी न हो तो अपने घर से बाहर न निकलें, केवल आवश्यक कार्यों के लिए ही घर से बाहर निकलें। 

घर से निकलना जरूरी हो तो मास्क अवश्य पहने , बिना मास्क के घर से बाहर न निकलें। मास्क किसी भी तरह का हो सकता है आप घर पर भी मास्क बनाकर उनका प्रयोग कर सकते हैं। अब यहां पर कुछ लोग कहते हैं कि घर पे बना साधारण मास्क क्या विषाणु को रोक सकता है ? तो आपको हम बताएं कि यह मास्क आपको विषाणु के संक्रमण से बचाता है वो दूसरे तरीके से,अगर हम मास्क न पहनें तो संभव है कि हम अपना हाथ बाजार में कई वस्तुओं पर लगाएंगे और हो सकता है कि वो हाथ हम कभी गलती से नाकपे भी लगा लें , और नाक के रास्ते इसका संक्रमण बहुत तेजी से होता है  । तो मास्क किसी भी तरह का हो वो कोरोना विषाणु के संक्रमण के खतरे को बहुत हद तक काम कर सकता है।

अब हम आते हैं अगली सावधानी की ओर तो वो है सामाजिक दूरी। 

हम कभी भी घर से  बाहर जाएं तो  आज पास के व्यक्तियों से जितना संभव हो उतनी दूरी बनाकर रखें और अगर ये दूरी 2 मीटर से अधिक हो तो अति उत्तम है।

अगली सावधानी हमने ये बरतनी है कि हाथ नहीं मिलना है। कोई भी व्यक्ति अगर हमें मिलता है तो उससे दूरी ही बनाये रखनी है और हाथ मिलाने से दूर रहना है। इससे बचने के लिए आप  भारतीय हिन्दू पद्धति के अनुसार हाथ जोड़कर नमस्ते करने की परंपरा अपना सकते हैं।

अगली सावधानी जब भी घर से बाहर जाएं और वापस आये तो अपने कपड़े घर के बाहर ही खोले ये कोशिस करें। घर आते ही हाथ पैर मुंह को अच्छे से साबुन या हैंडवाश से साफ करें।

एक ओर सावधानी है कि जहां पानी और साबुन उपलब्ध न हो वहां आप अल्कोहल युक्त sanitiser का प्रयोग करें। आप एक sanitiser को अपने साथ रखकर ही बाजार निकलें तो ये ज्यादा अच्छा होगा। बाजार में कभी भी आओ किसी atm या दुकान या कहीं भी किसी चीज को स्पर्श करें तो उसके बाद sanitiser का इस्तेमाल अपने हाथों में करें। 

तो ये कुछ सावधानियां हैं जिन पर अमल करके हम आसानी से कोरोना वायरस से बचे रह सकते हैं और पूर्व की भांति सामान्य जीवन जी सकते हैं।
